Training Experiences

Our Training Experiences range from 5-12 weeks, tackling different distances and goals with the guidance of a coach and support from a community who strive to keep each other accountable, offer support, and learn from one another.

Our training experiences come with a customizable and flexible running plan that will meet you where you are, a weekly coaching call, and access to our resources throughout your training experience. There you will find our Strength x Yoga video library, weekly journals, videos and audio recordings of past coaching calls, and our mental game video library to help you build mental strength.

WHAT’S INCLUDED DURING YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

  2. Access to Our Strength x Yoga Video Library: Join Coach Amanda as she guides you through over 100 videos, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and overall performance. All of Coach Amanda's videos and programs are designed specifically for runners to best support you during your training.

  3. Weekly Zoom Coaching Calls: Every week, connect with our experienced coaches and fellow participants for guidance, motivation, and accountability. Can't make it live? No worries! All coaching calls are recorded and shared for your convenience. Our weekly coaching calls take place on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm ET. 

  4. Exclusive Community Group: Gain access to a private group within the BALG Community, where you can share your journey, seek advice, and celebrate victories with your teammates.
